Coaching that focuses on the flat, working towards specific goals and aims. For all riders of all abilities and disciplines. Takes place via Facetime or Whatsapp Video. You will require a good internet connection, wireless headset and a good camera. Can be done solo but it is advised that someone helps to film, or a device such as Pivo is used.
